Control oval bottles for front, back or two-sided label application with a suitable bottle handling system.
Oval bottles can be attractive on shelf but more demanding to label than simple cylindrical containers. The machine must control orientation so the label head meets the intended panel instead of a curved shoulder or edge.
A front/back labeller can apply labels to two faces when the bottle is guided through the machine. Application accuracy depends on consistent bottle shape, good product spacing and stable presentation.
For difficult oval bottles, sample testing is the safest way to confirm how the product should be held, spaced and labelled.
