Improve label application on tall, narrow, lightweight or soft bottles with the correct handling route.
Some bottles tip, twist or compress during labelling. This can happen with tall narrow bottles, light empty containers, soft plastic packs or products with a small base. Standard conveyors may not control these packs well enough without additional handling.
Side belts, product guides, top hold-downs, spacing devices and careful machine timing can all improve control. The goal is to keep the container correctly presented while the label is dispensed and wiped on.
Filled samples are often important because empty and full bottles may behave differently.

They may be too tall, light, slippery or soft for the handling route being used.
Often yes, but the machine may need additional support and testing.
Both can be useful because stability and compression can change after filling.
The machine may apply labels inconsistently or the container may move during label wipe-down.
