For the fastest recommendation, send container photos, label roll details and required bottles per hour.
Make your first labelling message easy to assess
If you are unsure which machine type to choose, describe the pack rather than selecting a category at random. State whether the label goes around the bottle, on two separate sides, or on a top or bottom face. Add a photograph of the desired result if an approved pack already exists.
For a replacement project, explain what the present machine cannot achieve. A recurring skew, a difficult clear label or a lengthy changeover is more useful information than simply asking for a faster labeller. Identify whether the existing conveyor or coder should be retained.
- One reference per pack
- Use matching names for bottle photographs, artwork and roll details, especially where front and back labels look similar.
- What can follow later
- Samples and dimensions can be supplied after the first message; identify any estimates so they are not mistaken for confirmed specifications.
Can I request advice before labels are printed?
Yes. Share the draft artwork and container details, then ask which roll, sensing and placement requirements should be confirmed with the label printer before a production trial.
